Etro Residences Phuket has made a remarkable debut, setting a new benchmark for luxury real estate pricing on the island. Located within the prestigious Gardens of Eden beachfront development in Bangtao, the ultra-limited collection achieved THB 830,000 (approximately USD 26,350) per square meter, the highest price ever recorded in Phuket.
